Hard wearing vinyl that comes in a range of colours and finishes.
Vaccuum formed doors are made using a vinyl membrane which is suctioned onto the surface of the door using a vacuum and heat. The membrane is stuck to the surface with a special glue and covers contour routered faces and edges. Where the doors or panels butt against an oven, it is important to add heat shield protection, these are supplied with the order.
The colours available are dependent on the vinyl colours offered. There are various surface finishes available including Textured, Matt, Gloss and Woodgrain. Some of the colours are available in a melamine matching board for cabinet interiors and panels as a cheaper alternative to the vacuum formed material.
