Get the exact colour and finish you want with polyurethane.
Polyurethane is a two part mixture of resin and hardener, like a car paint. It is sprayed onto a melamine covered moisture resistant, medium density fibre-board (MDF) to give a durable smooth finish to the door, drawer front or panel. The advantage of this spray painted finish is that the edge joints are not visible as the paint is sprayed seamlessly over the edge from the face. It is also used for routered pattern face doors or finger groove handle-less doors as the spray paint can be directed into all the surfaces.
The finish can be ordered in four gloss levels: Matt (10% gloss), Satin (30% gloss), Semi Gloss (60% gloss) and High Gloss (90% gloss). Any colour can be matched to any Dulux paint colour (a colour-matching charge applies).
